Sector — Estate agencies

The seller who wrote your number down off a board only calls once.

If it rings out unanswered on a Saturday morning, he calls the next agency. Nobody at your branch will ever know.

  • Arcep operator identifier: SKBS
  • Your numbers kept, without a single digit changing
  • Every connection leaves with its 4G/5G backup
What is at stake every single day

Your negotiators are out on the road.
The switchboard has been left on its own.

A seller compares two or three agencies in the same morning. During viewings, nobody counts the calls that ring out unanswered — and a missed call leaves no trace in your software.

Three things that never forgive

What costs you an instruction
never looks like a breakdown.

The call that decides the instruction

The first one to answer wins the valuation appointment. The next one just rings out into voicemail.

The client list fits in a mobile phone

When a negotiator calls back from a personal mobile, the prospect saves a number that does not belong to you. On the day that negotiator leaves, the number leaves too.

Lettings management and the waiting area on the same wire

Identity documents, tax statements, tenants’ bank details: your lettings files are more sensitive than your accounts. The visitor WiFi should never cross paths with them.

On the ground

Three answers,
in the same order.

  • No more endless ringing — the hosted switchboard rings at reception, then on the designated mobiles, then plays an announcement, according to your opening hours and your Saturdays. And figures at last: calls received, calls missed, peak hour.
  • One number, whatever the device — the negotiator shows the agency’s number from a mobile, out on a viewing just as at the desk. On mobile too, we are the operator.
  • Several networks on a single set of cabling — visitor WiFi, sales workstations, lettings, CCTV: each on its own sealed segment.

The first objection we hear

“My number is on hundreds of boards. I cannot change it.”

You are not changing it. A number is not lost, it is ported: it belongs to you, and it is transferred to our network without a single digit moving — the main number, your negotiators’ direct lines, the numbers of your other branches. Your boards and your archived listings stay valid. The number portability file sets the date, and nothing moves until you have approved it.

The timeline

Copper is being switched off batch by batch —
and the buildings you manage are in there too.

Your address belongs to a batch. So do the blocks you manage: we check the date for every branch.

What nobody counts: the lift emergency telephone — a regulatory obligation, and you are the one they call when the line no longer gets through — the door entry systems and street entry panels, the automatic gates. A device that appears to work is not proof: we run a real test before anything is switched off.

What we carry

  • Each branch’s connection, which we operate ourselves, and its 4G or 5G backup
  • The local network, the cabling and the rack, labelled and documented
  • The waiting area and office WiFi, on sealed segments
  • Telephony, your numbers kept, the mobiles, continuous monitoring

What stays at your premises

  • Your sales and lettings software — your choice. We provide the network that keeps it online.
  • The property portals and electronic signature — we do not resell them; we secure the link that carries them.
  • The window display screen — we connect it and segregate its traffic, without selling it.
  • The valuation, the negotiation and the handshake — there, we will be of no help to you.
Four disciplines, one contact

One invoice,
and the same number to call.

Four contracts, four help desks passing the responsibility around: that is the norm. Here, whoever designs your installation is the one who monitors it — and the one who picks up the phone.

B2B Telecoms

A fibre connection per branch, 4G/5G relay as standard, hosted switchboard, number portability for your numbers and your direct lines.

Cybersecurity

Guest network separate from the staff network, lettings and CCTV segregated, encrypted remote access for your negotiators.

AI agents

Starting scenarios, not results already delivered: the 8 pm call whose purpose gets logged, sorting the enquiries coming in from the property portals. The agent drafts, a person approves.

Digital acceleration

A website that reads well on mobile, an up-to-date business listing for each branch, local search. No guaranteed position on Google: nobody controls their own ranking.

Questions from directors

What we are asked in branch

What happens if the fibre goes down on a Saturday morning?

A 4G or 5G connection takes over on its own: the switchboard still rings, the handsets keep their line, your business software stays reachable. Our monitoring sees the incident. This second path comes with every connection, without you having to ask.

We have four branches and a fifth on the way. Do we have to start all over again?

No. The same rules everywhere, one internal numbering plan, centralised monitoring and consolidated billing. One more address simply connects to the existing switchboard.

Do our negotiators have to carry two phones?

No. The line follows the person: one number shown from the desk phone, the computer or the mobile, simultaneous ringing, transfer mid-conversation — and the private number is never shown to your clients.

Let’s start by counting,
not by selling

Send us your telecoms invoices and the list of your addresses. You leave with a written stocktake, branch by branch: what you are billed for, what is fragile, and the copper switch-off date.
