The firm lives everywhere but the firm
Hearings, police-station attendances, court expert meetings, appointments at the client’s: the week happens outside. The switchboard stays put.
A first call that goes unanswered never comes back: it goes to the firm downstairs. We operate the link, the line and the network that let a firm answer even when there is nobody behind the door.
A prospective client who reaches voicemail at ten o’clock dials the next number on the list. This is not a technical annoyance: it is a case that never walked into the firm. Your switchboard makes that call every morning, and nobody measures it.
Hearings, police-station attendances, court expert meetings, appointments at the client’s: the week happens outside. The switchboard stays put.
It covers the call made from the courthouse concourse, the message left on a voicemail, the document opened over a shared wireless network. Confidentiality is only ever worth its weakest link.
Filing before the cut-off, transmitting on time over the profession’s private network: a connection that gives way at four in the afternoon is not an organisational nuisance, it is a claim that may be time-barred.
The switchboard is hosted: your direct line can be answered from a desk phone, a computer or a mobile, and the number displayed is always the firm’s.

And its second path
Nobody — and that is a question of scope before it is a question of trust. Ours stops at the link, the network and the telephony: we are not inside your case files, and we have no business being there. Our maintenance access is encrypted and named to an individual, never a port left open on the internet.
No copper offer sold in France any more.
Lines stop working in these towns.
After that, there is no more copper.
There are two closures, not one. Since 31 January 2026, a line that fails can no longer be replaced like for like. The technical closure arrives batch by batch, town by town: your address belongs to a batch, and we check its date for each of your offices.
What stops with the line is not just the telephone: the dialler on the intruder alarm that protects your files, the street entry panel your clients come through, the fax machine still plugged in at more than one firm. A device that appears to work is not proof: we run a real test before anything is switched off.

What we build in AIThe firm’s website, an up-to-date business listing, local visibility, a mobile app when a website is no longer enough.
Our digital divisionThe 4G or 5G mobile relay takes over: it comes as standard with every connection, it is not a box to tick on the quote. The switchover takes a few seconds, with no human decision; a call in progress may be cut off and have to be redialled straight away, and we will not pretend otherwise. At installation, we unplug the fibre in front of you to prove it.
No. One single internal numbering plan whatever the number of addresses: transferring a call between offices becomes a two-digit call. Centralised monitoring, and we work across the whole of France.
No. Size changes the number of handsets, not the method: inventory in writing, scope in writing, tests before the switchover, the old line cancelled last of all. On your account, it is always the same people.
Send us your telecoms invoices and the list of your addresses. We will tell you what is still on copper, which batch each office belongs to, and what we propose instead. It is a written stocktake, not a quote in disguise.
A site visit, an inventory of your lines and your numbers, a written switchover plan.
