Sector — Accountancy firms

At filing season, a two-hour outage cannot be made up in the evening.

Your production has moved to the cloud: the link into your offices has become your production floor. At deadline time, an outage is paid for in files that slip.

  • Operator registered with ARCEP · SKBS
  • Backup link delivered as standard
  • Proactive 24/7 monitoring of your links
The real issue

Your production has moved out.
Your link is still sold as a subscription.

Production software, filing portal, document vault, backups: it all runs through the same cable. The day it goes down, it is not an office inconvenience — it is the workshop grinding to a halt.

Three constraints

Your year is not flat.
Your link is sold as though it were.

  • A profession with walls it cannot move. Payroll returns go out on the 5th or the 15th depending on the client, VAT comes round every month, year-end accounts pile up in spring. Those dates do not move because a cable was cut through in the street.
  • The firm is no longer inside the firm. Your staff work on the files at the client’s premises, your clients file their paperwork at all hours. A landline ringing out unanswered is a business owner calling the firm next door.
  • You hold the bank details of an entire client portfolio. Accounts, returns, the bank details of your clients and of their suppliers. Supplier impersonation fraud does not target the company: it targets the trusted third party that already holds everything.
On the ground

What we install, and what we operate.

What it looks like in your business

Four answers,
planned before the deadline.

  • A second path, already in place. During the switchover to the 4G/5G relay, production software, telephony and the filing portal take priority; backups and updates wait.
  • A switchboard that holds the peak. Call queues, overflow to a mobile, hunt groups by department — bookkeeping, payroll, legal. Plus reports that show where things jam before your client tells you.
  • A network that separates uses. The WiFi used by clients waiting in the reception area does not share the sockets of your production workstations.
  • Your branch offices linked as one. A single internal numbering plan, two-digit transfers, centralised monitoring. The Yealink handsets arrive ready configured.

The first objection we hear

“And if it goes down in the middle of filing season?”

Backup is not an option with us: a connection delivered is a connection backed up. And we write down what is not covered — without a UPS, a power cut stops everything, and an area with no usable mobile coverage cannot be backed up. We measure it on site before selling.

On installation day, we unplug the fibre in front of you. A backup that has never been tested is not a backup.
The copper timetable

Copper is closing batch by batch.
Every one of your offices has a date.

What, in a firm, is still plugged into it: the lift emergency telephone if your offices are upstairs — calling the emergency services from the car is an obligation, not a convenience; the street entry panel through which your clients drop off their paperwork.

The case specific to your profession: a firm that has taken over a colleague’s client portfolio inherits a second set of lines that nobody has ever inventoried.

The one-stop shop, counted

Count your providers.
We count one.

B2B Telecoms

Dedicated FTTO fibre with a restoration time guarantee written into the contract, business FTTH for the branch offices, number portability for your DDI ranges.

Cybersecurity

Segregation of uses, encrypted remote access, 24/7 monitoring. We are neither a security operations centre nor a certified audit firm.

AI agents

Built by our own developers: the recurring case files where the same fields are copied out month after month. The agent drafts, someone at the firm approves. These are starting scenarios, not results already delivered.

Digital acceleration

The firm’s website, hosting in France, local search visibility — it also speaks to your future recruits.

What we carry

  • The FTTH or FTTO connection, of which we are the operator, and its 4G/5G relay
  • The local network, the cabling, the rack and the WiFi, on sealed segments
  • Telephony, your numbers kept, and continuous monitoring

What stays at your premises

  • Your production software and its client portal — we provide the network that keeps them online; their internal backups are your publisher’s responsibility.
  • Your statutory archiving and your secure digital vault — we carry, we do not keep.
  • Your engagement letter and your professional obligations — there, we will be of no help to you at all.

Questions from partners

What we are asked in meetings

What happens the day the link goes down, in the middle of a deadline?

The 4G/5G relay takes over within seconds, and the fibre takes over again on its own as soon as it is properly stable. One caveat we would rather put in writing: no network works without power. So we quote for a UPS as a matter of course.

Our staff work at client premises. How are they connected?

Through encrypted paths, never through a port left open to the internet. On the telephone side, the line follows the person: a single number presented from the desk phone, the computer or the mobile — and the employee’s private number is never displayed.

Do we have to change our production software?

No, and it is not our job. We provide the link, the network and the telephony that keep it reachable and fast. If the bottleneck lies elsewhere, we tell you so in writing.

Have your lines checked
before the next deadline

Give us the list of your offices and your latest telecoms invoices. You get it in writing before the next deadline: what is still on copper, the batch each address belongs to, and the lines nobody uses any more.
