- Fibre chosen for what it sends, not for its headline figure — FTTH and FTTO are not two grades of fibre: they are two contracts. FTTO is symmetrical — what goes up matches what comes down — and its restoration guarantee is written into the contract.
- A second path, over the air, on every connection — we measure the mobile coverage on site before selling: if it is not good enough, we say so.
- Your partners on a network that sees nothing — one set of cabling carries sealed-off networks. The meeting room WiFi never sees your files.

The question is not your headcount, it is what stops when the line stops. Eight people synchronising a model and submitting to a fixed deadline are nothing like an office floor doing word processing. The criterion that settles it is written into the contract — a restoration guarantee, or nothing. If building works are needed, you are told beforehand.

Your address belongs to a batch. So do the addresses of your sites.
Two consequences, not one. In your own office: the intruder alarm, the door entry system, the lift emergency telephone. And in what you specify: a lift, a door entry system or a gate specified today will be connected where copper no longer exists. The transmission path is chosen in the particular technical specification — the CCTP — not at handover.

What happens if the link goes down the day before a submission?
The 4G or 5G relay takes over in a few seconds, with nothing to reconfigure: only the way out changes. It carries the critical uses, it does not reproduce the speed of fibre — and that is written in the quote.
Can we work on the model from site?
Remote access goes through a VPN tunnel — an encoded link, unreadable to anyone intercepting it — never through a port left open on the internet. Our own maintenance follows the same rule.
Where is the data you manage for us hosted?
In France, and segregated: never mixed with another client’s. Our services rely on ISO 27001 and HDS certified data centres located in France — those certifications belong to the hosting providers, we claim none of them as our own.
