Sector — Judicial officers (commissaires de justice, formerly huissiers)

The document is served today — not when the line comes back.

A practice lives on deadlines that cannot be renegotiated: service of documents, filings, attendance at hearings, judicial sales. The day the connection goes down, not one of those deadlines moves by an hour.

  • Operator registered with ARCEP · SKBS
  • Your numbers kept through number portability
  • Proactive 24/7 monitoring of your links
The practice works outdoors

The clerks are out on their rounds from first thing.
Reception rings all the same.

The officer is attending hearings, a formal record of facts is being drawn up on a pavement or in a stairwell — and a court registry that reaches nobody does not ring back. So the switchboard has to follow the people, not the desks.

Three constraints

What governs your week,
and what a provider never sees.

A deadline cannot be made up

Service of a document, a filing, a transmission: it is the date that counts, and an outage is no defence. At five o’clock on the last day there is no second route — unless it was planned in advance.

You are a custodian

A debtor’s details, case documents, funds held on behalf of third parties. Client confidentiality does not stop at the door of the technical room: it applies to the network that carries all of it.

Several addresses, one single practice

Branch offices, drop-in surgeries, a caseload taken over from a colleague: every address has its own lines, and nobody has the full list any more.

What it looks like in your business

Four answers,
put in place before the incident.

  • Two ways out of the practice. The 4G/5G mobile relay comes with the connection, never as an option: the router does not test the socket, it tests whether traffic is getting through — and switches over in seconds, with no human decision.
  • The switchboard follows your rounds. Simultaneous ringing on the desk phone and the mobile, overflow to a designated mobile, hunt groups by department. One single number is presented — never the clerk’s private number.
  • A segregated network, not a flat one. The waiting room WiFi does not share the sockets used by your workstations. Our remote work goes over an encrypted path: no port open to the internet, not even for us.
  • The hardware arrives ready. Yealink handsets prepared before dispatch — the line, the name, the keys — on a segmented local network (Omada by TP-Link).

The first objection we hear

“Who, on your side,
can see our case files?”

Nobody, and that is not an intention: it is an architecture. 100% of the data we host stays in France, with no offshore subcontracting, strict segregation and named, logged access. Our services rely on ISO 27001 and HDS certified data centres located in France: those certifications belong to the hosting providers, and SkyNet never claims them as its own.

Our scope is published in both directions.

The copper timetable

Copper is closing batch by batch.
Your practice belongs to one of those batches.

What, in a practice, is still plugged into it without anyone giving it a thought: the fax machine, kept as a fallback route to certain courts; the intruder alarm transmitter, when you hold deeds, case documents and funds belonging to third parties.

A transmitter that beeps is not a transmitter that raises the alarm. Before the old line is cut off, we run a real test.

The one-stop shop, counted

Count your providers.
We count one.

  • B2B Telecoms — FTTH or FTTO connection under our own operator identifier, hosted switchboard, number portability for your DDI ranges.
  • Cybersecurity — segregation of usage, encrypted remote access, 24/7 monitoring.
  • AI agents — built by our own developers: sorting incoming requests, recurring case files, out-of-hours reception. The agent drafts, someone at the practice approves. These are starting scenarios, not results already delivered.
  • Digital acceleration — the practice’s website, hosting in France, a form for requesting a formal record of facts.

What we carry

  • The FTTH or FTTO connection, of which we are the operator, and its 4G/5G relay
  • The local network, the cabling, the rack and the WiFi, on sealed segments
  • Telephony, your numbers kept, and continuous monitoring

What stays at your premises

  • Your practice management software — your choice. We provide the network that keeps it online; we do not sell it.
  • Your service-of-documents tools and your public officer certificates — we do not touch them.
  • Your statutory archiving and your secure digital vault — we carry, we do not keep the records on your behalf.
  • Your professional code of conduct and your compliance obligations — there, we will be of no help to you whatsoever.

Questions from partners

What we are asked in meetings

What happens if the link goes down during a judicial sale being streamed live?

The 4G/5G relay takes over within seconds, with nothing to do at your end, and the critical traffic is given priority. The limit, which we prefer to put in writing: with no power, no network works. So we quote for a UPS as a matter of course, with its stated runtime.

We have several offices. Do we need as many contracts?

No. One internal numbering plan however many addresses you have, a transfer between offices that becomes a two-digit call, centralised monitoring and consolidated billing.

Will we keep our numbers?

Yes. Number portability is a right: the main number, the direct lines and the DDI ranges are transferred without changing a single digit. It is the number portability file that sets the date, because it follows a statutory notice period — and you approve it before anything moves.

Have your lines checked,
address by address

Give us the list of your offices and your latest telecoms invoices. We hand you back something in writing: what is still on copper, the batch each address belongs to, and what holds on the day the link goes down.
