This site collects very little data. Here is which data, why, and how to have it corrected or erased.

The data controller
- SkyNet Business Services — SASU with share capital of €500
- Registration — RCS Rouen 919 133 751
- Registered office — 7 bis, rue Jeanne d’Arc, 76000 Rouen

- To write to us — the contact form, or a letter to the registered office
One form.
A single recipient.
These fields serve one purpose only: to reply to you.
Legal basis: the performance of pre-contractual steps — the exchanges preceding a possible contract, entered into at your request. No tick box, no other use.
What the form does not trigger
- No automatic sign-up to a newsletter
- No resale, rental or transfer of your contact details
- No profiling (the automated analysis of your behaviour) and no automated decision-making
- No sales approaches unrelated to your request
The technical logs. The server keeps logs (IP address and pages requested) for security. Kept for a short time then overwritten, they are used for no commercial tracking.
In France.
And nowhere else.
Your data is hosted in France. No transfer outside the European Union, no advertising network.
The life of your message, from the click to the erasure
You write
The form goes to our servers.
We receive
The person who reads you works at SkyNet. No external contact centre.
We reply
Calling you back, preparing an assessment, arranging a meeting. Nothing else.
We keep
Three years after our last exchange. If a contract arises, for as long as the legal obligations require.
We delete
The data is erased.
Your rights, and how to exercise them
Six rights over the data that concerns you. Exercising them is simple, and free.
Access
Knowing which data we hold, and receiving a copy of it.
Rectification
Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
Erasure
Have your data deleted, within the limits of legal obligations.
Objection
Object to a processing operation, in particular to any marketing.
Restriction
Ask for the use of your data to be temporarily frozen.
Number portability
Retrieve the data you have provided to us, in a reusable format.
How to do it: write to us from the contact form, or by post to the registered office, stating the right you are exercising. We reply within the one-month period provided for by the regulation. If there is any doubt about your identity, we may ask for proof — solely so as not to hand your data to a third party.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés), the French supervisory authority: www.cnil.fr, or by post to 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
This site does not follow you
This site does not use no tracking cookie (the small files placed in your browser to follow you from page to page). No consent banner greeted you: there is nothing to consent to.
If that changed, we would date the modification here, and a banner would ask for your agreement before placing anything that requires consent.
Ask it.
Even if it is awkward.
A request for access, a doubt about a piece of data, a correction: the same team answers you.
