Most properties live with four contracts, four invoices and four support desks passing responsibility back and forth. Here, the person who designs your installation is the person who monitors it — and the person who answers the phone.
One establishment, one building. Pillow, breakfast, taxi: everything arrives centralised at reception, with a history the night shift finds intact. The drop in internal telephone requests is significant — and we will go no further on the figure: we have not measured one solid enough to be published. It is quoted without its name: no client reference is published without written agreement.
A couple arrives with four to six devices, all of which connect at around 21:00.

What disappears is the copper line that feeds it: the timetable opposite is public. The handset itself has two futures — connected to the hosted switchboard, or replaced by TellMiz.
What nobody thinks of: the lift and its emergency call line, the alarm, the payment terminal, the car park gate, the door entry system. We list them, and we test every replacement before cutting.
A hotel does not close in order to run cables: we work zone by zone, on your timetable. We are more than fifty experts — but at your premises, it is always the same people.
A 4G or 5G connection takes over automatically: WiFi, switchboard, payment terminal and booking software keep working, with nothing to do at reception. Our proactive monitoring detects the incident.
Some do: a QR code opens TellMiz, and requests arrive centralised at reception. Others keep a modern handset for their business guests. Both paths exist — the choice remains yours.
