Our method

How we work — and who answers you.

You cannot test a provider before signing. You can read its method: what it writes in black and white, what it refuses to promise, and who answers the phone the day something goes down. Here it is, published before you sign.

  • Free written assessment
  • Scope covered and not covered, in writing
  • Arcep operator identifier: SKBS

The journey

Five steps, written in advance.

The same sequence for all our projects: a telecoms link, protecting an estate, a first AI agent, a website to rebuild. No step is skipped, including when everyone is in a hurry.

We listen

Your sites, your contracts, what irritates you. If your need is not our job, we say so that day — not after three meetings.

We assess

Availability, real speeds, protections, repetitive tasks. Free, with no commitment, and in writing: a written mistake can be seen and corrected.

We propose

Two lists: what is covered, and what is not. Then the prices, the durations, the restoration commitment. One contract, one invoice.

We deploy

The people who designed it are the people who install it. Your numbers are kept, and nothing old is cancelled before the new set-up works.

We monitor

Your links are watched 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, proactively. Many incidents are seen before you call.

Before choosing — us or anyone else

Three questions to put to any provider

Including of us. They separate organisations better than any brochure, because their answers cannot be dressed up for very long.

Who answers when I call?

Someone from the technical team, in France. Not a call centre discovering your name. We are more than fifty experts, and on your account they are always the same people: they know your installation, because they designed it and they monitor it.

Can that person act, or do they open a ticket?

It can act, or it works side by side with the team that can. There is no level here whose only power is to open a ticket and wait.

How many companies work on my installation?

On what we operate: one only, ours. When a third party is unavoidable — a manufacturer, a building manager — we are the ones who steer them: you keep one point of contact and one invoice.

The account that decides your Friday lunchtime

Large organisations advertise hundreds of staff. We are more than fifty experts — enough to hold a multi-site estate and never depend on one person alone. But neither of those two numbers tells you how many people really know your installation. With us, those people do not change midway.

We work with Accor and Logis Hôtels hotels. They trust us.

The negative scope

What we do not do.

A method is not judged only on its promises: it is judged on what it forbids itself. Here are our prohibitions, valid in our proposals as on this site.

In our proposals

  • No verbal promises. What is not written in the scope does not exist — and we say so in the meeting, not in small print.
  • No quantified commitment that has not been measured. No average time, no rate that we have not measured over a period long enough to be honest.
  • No vague scope. Every proposal contains both lists: what is covered, and what is not. The second is compulsory.
  • No AI sold on a promise. An agent starts on a deliberately narrow scope, is measured at your premises, then widens — or stops.
  • No hard selling. If the assessment concludes that your current installation is enough, the assessment says so — it is free precisely so that it can say so.

On this site and in our documents

  • No invented results. When we tell the story of a case, it is anonymised and with no manufactured percentage.
  • No borrowed certification. Our services rely on ISO 27001 and HDS certified data centres located in France — those certifications are the data centres’. We will never present them as ours.
  • No security described as if it were insurance. No protection makes a company unattackable; claiming otherwise would be the first lie.
  • No client exposed without their agreement. We say which brands we work with. What is installed at a client’s site never leaves here without their written agreement.
  • No flattering counter. Neither satisfaction rates nor client numbers: those figures are inflated too easily to help you decide.

Why publish this list? Because a company created in 2022 cannot prove twenty years of accounts. It can prove its way of working. SkyNet Business Services is young; the people who founded it have been doing this work for more than fifteen years. The detail of what is in place, and of what is not yet, is published on the page Trust & compliance.

What an outage becomes, with us

A Friday, 12:04:
your link goes down.

The worst moment of the week: the lunch service starts and half the providers in France leave for the weekend. Here is who does what — not a promise about timing, but an order of battle.

1 12:04

The link goes down — and the alert appears with us

Your fibre link stops responding. The alert appears in our monitoring. Not because you called: because your link is watched continuously.

2 12:05

Taking payments and the switchboard carry on

If your scope provides for continuity — a backup link, written in black and white in your proposal — the switchover happens on its own. Card payments and telephony carry on. That is the minimum, and that is why we do not make an argument of it.

3 12:12

You call — and the person who answers already knows

It belongs to the team that monitors your link and can already see the alert you are describing. Nobody asks you to reboot your router to buy time.

4 The afternoon

One single company at work

The diagnosis is carried out by the company that designed and installed the link: ours. If a third party has to step in — the manager of the fibre network in your area — we are the ones who engage them and chase them. You call nobody else.

5 Until service is restored

You know who is doing what

You know what has been done and what remains to be done. The restoration commitment is in your contract — written at signature, not improvised during the outage.

What this scenario is, and is not: it describes an organisation — who sees, who answers, who acts. It promises no quantified time: we publish no average restoration time, because we have not yet measured it over a long enough period to be honest.

The same Friday, elsewhere: four providers, four contracts, four support desks passing the outage between them while the lunch service waits. With us, the count is different:

A link, telephony, a protected estate, an AI agent, a website — one point of contact, one invoice.
