B2B Telecoms division

B2B Telecoms: all our links are secured. It is the starting point, not a selling point.

Electronic communications operator — Arcep operator identifier: SKBS. We operate the links we deliver, instead of reselling someone else’s subscription. The team that designs your installation is the team that answers you.

Count your contracts.
We count one.

“One-stop shop” costs nothing to write, so it proves nothing. Count instead: how many companies work on your telecoms installation?

Why we can write this: a services company buys links and resells them. We are registered with Arcep (the authority that regulates telecoms in France) under our operator identifier, SKBS. It is neither a label nor a certification — it is the administrative trace of a job actually being done.

The link, first

Everything starts there.
And everything stops there.

The link carries voice, payments, bookings and backups. The one component whose failure stops everything else — which is why we operate it ourselves.

The standard, not the option

Every connection we deliver leaves secured.

Many operators offer mobile backup — we do not make a badge of honour out of it. The difference: you neither have to ask for it, nor check that it was ticked on the quote.

The right question

How many people
know your installation?

Large groups advertise hundreds of staff. The real question: how many people know your racks, your numbers, your particularities? We are more than fifty experts, and on your account they are always the same people.

  • No anonymous support call centre — whoever answers can act, not merely open a ticket.
  • Company founded in 2022, by people who have been doing this job for more than fifteen years — the experience belongs to the people.
  • Coordination of third parties included — lift maintenance company, alarm monitoring company, payment terminal provider.

We work with Accor and Logis Hôtels hotels. They trust us.

The three questions to ask

The infrastructure, in figures

What your links rest on

200 + projects delivered, from the telecoms link to the AI agent
100 % of data hosted in France
0 offshore subcontracting
24/7 proactive monitoring of your links and your network
9 data centres in France, three of them in the redundant core network

No estimated figures: when we do not measure, we do not display. Our services rely on ISO 27001 and HDS certified data centres, located in France, in a redundant architecture.

Discounts often stop at the major cities. Not ours.

Most national operators reserve their best rates for densely populated areas. A site on the outskirts or in a rural area stays on the full rate — without ever being told.

We work with almost every operator on the market, including publicly funded regional networks and public service concessions. This independence allows us to put forward the best offering available according to where your premises are located, not our catalogue.

In practice: for each of your sites we compare what each operator can actually deliver at that address, and we operate them all under our own operator identifier.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

What does “under our own operator identifier” mean?

Arcep, the authority that regulates telecoms in France, assigns an identifier to every operator. Ours is SKBS: we operate the links we deliver, instead of reselling someone else’s subscription. A conventional services company does not have one — it does not do this job.

Is the 4G/5G backup link a paid option?

No. Every connection we deliver leaves secured: that is our build standard, not an extra. A backup link over the mobile network takes over if the fibre is cut. Many operators offer it — with us, you have neither to think about it nor to ask for it.

Who answers when we call?

Someone who knows your installation: the same team designed it, installed it and monitors it. No call centre opening a ticket for someone else. It is not a question of size — we are more than fifty experts — but of organisation: your account does not change hands.

Are our lines on the copper network affected?

If you still have analogue or Numeris lines, yes. The national commercial closure of copper took place on 31 January 2026: no offer is sold on it any more. The technical closures follow, batch by batch, from 31 January 2027 to November 2030. Alarms, lifts and payment terminals are the usual forgotten items — our dedicated page sets out the timeline.

What does the free assessment include?

A review of your links, your telephony and your network, site by site: what exists, what is billed, what is fragile, and what we propose instead, priced side by side. You keep it, and it commits you to nothing.
